Stephen Colbert on the economic bailout plan

For a couple days now, I’ve been trying to put into words my thoughts on the bailout, oh excuse me, “economic resuce,” plan. To sum it all up, I’ve lost all faith in the marketplace to be responsible in its business dealings, the American public to be responsible and learn the facts, and the [...]

1001 Days

June 29, 2011 . . . 1001 days from now.
Goals are good.  I have goals at school (readings, papers, presentations, etc.).  I sort of have goals at work; definitely have professional goals.  But, every year passes and I realize their are personal things I’ve wanted to do an have never done.  It’s always, “I should [...]

Update on the DC polar bears

Greenpeace was behind the polar bears.  The homeless bears were placed around the city to raise awareness that with the melting ice caps, polar bears will lose their homes.  From a PR perspective, it’s a great campaign.  Definitely got everyone’s attention, even if I think the SWAT team was a bit much.  Here’s a video:

Why do you like Sarah Palin?

Well, the past week has definitely been interesting on the Republican front with Sarah Palin shaking things up at the RNC. It has been extremely interesting to see my friends’ reactions to her nomination. Very interesting.

You see, I have two very different types of friends (not that I can lump everyone into two [...]

And then, it was the Republicans’ turn

I have no many blogs post ideas running through my head right now, and I’m trying to put them into some concrete ideas.  Stay tuned for my thoughts on the Republican National Convention.
But, I wanted to share what I thought was the best part of Sarah Palin’s speech. Her daughter Piper licking her hand [...]
